This friday is the monthly VGM Jazz show at OS NYC (as in Nov 11 2022). Show is at 7, goes till 10. I'm probably gonna swing by a little after the start. If you play an instrument, they got a book you can play from if you would like to join the jam. I'll link it if anyone is interested.
MAGFest is happening 2 weeks from now outside Washington, DC. I‘m curious to know if other IC folks are attending or would visit the area for a meetup. They’ve got a nice COVID policy & the usual guest/band roster; I‘m also running a game history panel there. You can take the bus line going in & out of National Harbor in case you’d rather park somewhere less congested, thankfully.
oh man I'd love to go to Magfest. Been there twice and my favorite part about it is just renting a car and driving thru DC lol.

but also likely going to visit LVL UP Expo in Las Vegas in Feb, so if anyone is down for a Los Begas meetup let's do it!!!

they're Nathan's dogs. You go to Vegas and they have a lot of Nathan's Dogs food court spots, but they taste like trash compared to the ones in DC. Like it makes no sense why are they so good?!?!?!

I‘ll be going to SNW Hollywood eventually, and crying. Any Insert Credittors are welcome to join, but prepare for me to be crying even at the stupidest stuff probably! I’d love to go do that with some forumgoers, it will be one of the only times I “go out” and “spend money” like a “normal member of society”. I will probably be joined by my local buddy who is a nongamer but wants to go.
Would be super cool to link up for this special event, I‘m down to plan well ahead for this, or latch on to somebody else’s plans

SNW opens feb 17. I’ll be able to have money set aside for it unless it’s over $300 or something. IDK I don’t do theme parks lol. I’m not trying to get there on opening day necessarily, I’ll leave it up to when y’all can make it. I’d shoot for a Monday morning, personally, but any day works for me.
