I’m looking for two things, probably from the UK for shipping etc.
Thing number one: does anybody have a DS in good condition they’d be interested in selling? Any variant, but Lite preferred. Needs to be in good condition, including touchscreen. I’m looking for one to give to my kid as a special thing as she’s had a good time playing mine lately and having one of her own would be very cool.
Thing number two: also looking for a 3DS to replace my now-beyond-repair 3DS XL. Any variant (as long as it has been / can be softmodded). 3D, 2D, new, old, XL, non-XL, doesn’t matter. Good condition preferred.
I have one packed away somewhere I’ll send it to you for cost of shipping if you’d like. Will get it from storage and test it this weekend if interested (photos are a couple years old, but it hasn’t been used in the meantime)
Does anyone have a spare raspberry pi 1 or 2 they wanna get rid off? Figure I’d ask here before getting one from ebay.
Been meaning to get another way to load PS2 games into OPL and loading them via SMB with a Pi seems like the cheapest/not having to buy dedicated hardware/repurposable way of doing it.

Summary
For sale is a pink switch light with Satisfye grip and case. I bought this weeks before the oled model was announced and has almost no use. The sticks don’t drift at all and the screen is in darn good condition. I don’t see and scratches but there might be some is the sunlight. I can’t claim it’s like new because it’s cloudy and the the archangel Gabriel could come down and command me to turn on the big light and I reply “no”.

now that I am moved in to an apartment in yakima, I’m on the hunt for a CRT 20” or larger, no flat screens, non sony brands welcome, D series would be awesome. Not expecting any takers here though lol. sorry I haven’t checked in yet I’m very overwhelmed by the amount of digital communications I haven’t caught up on yet! That said I’ll probably get something set up today and start answering messages soon.

Once again, you can get the big boy at my stepmother’s place if you drive to sequim. It’s got the deepest blacks of any crt I’ve seen but it’s a monster, 32" at least.
thanks for the reminder, I knew I was forgetting something! My partner is a Twilight-head and wants to visit Forks, and I’ll definitely stop in seqium. So count on that happening eventually, hopefully sooner rather than later. I’m going to get the ball rolling on planning our trip to Forks and let you know when there’s a confirmed date. While I don’t agree I’m glad somebody likes it! Ha ha. Maybe it’s nice if you don’t have to go there to visit family and you’re just in for the lavender festival or something. Sequim for me is just a lot of RFK Jr-like “wellness” people and old folks, unfortunately.
I lived in sequim for about a year and a half. The best thing that happened there was the following. I had a really messed up Honda Spree. It maybe had a lawn mower engine in it and topped out at 25 mph depending on the weight of the person riding. It was stolen and I reported it. I then got a call from sequim police that they saw somebody riding it, they gave chase but the suspect and the scooter got away.
Second best thing, I got to meet Raymond Carver’s widow Tess Gallagher at a dinner party. Sorry Tess, the scooter beat you out but I think you’ll understand.
Yeah, there’s definitely a lot of that crunchy-to-nazi pipeline on the peninsula, I can only imagine it’s gotten worse in recent years. I more meant, like, the beaches and forests around the area, haha.
