Shockingly, this appears to be IT for my current repository. I'll need to dig deeper.
@hellomrkearns#2936 Sonic's ready to mow down some wasteland nasties
I took a quick dip into another reservoir and came up with some pleasing and even off-the-wall offerings.

I'll have to go scuba diving to find more.
That beavis and butthead cartridge is extremely desireable
You‘ll have to speak up. I’m on a Saturn.

@vmu_beep#2574 brilliant
@gyozaleaf#2929 If I remember, someone posted the entirety of Sega Video Game Illustrations on the Internet Archive? I think I recall a twitter post like that

heck!! I want that.
@exodus#3089 The link has pictures of the whole build. Looks pretty hard!
Wow that is so cute!
I know there were adapters to let you playMaster System games on Game Gear (I had one) but did any go the other way around? My vaguely informed understanding is that would be tougher because the GG had more colors (or something).
@gyozaleaf#3117 Not only could it produce more colours than the Master System, it could also do more than the Mega Drive. Technically speaking the first Sega console that could have handled Game Gear games accurately would have been the 32X.
There are ROM patches out there for some GG games that convert them to SMS with the necessary palette tweaks, but nothing native, universal or automatic exists for real hardware.
@gyozaleaf#3117 Nope and that damn SMS adapter screwed up the save files of my Phantasy Star cartridge.
@billy#3118 This is not true BTW, yes it had more colors to choose from but what it could show at any given time was half that of the MD(32versus64, and considering 256 color modes were developed on MD the discrepancy becomes even bigger)
@billy#3118 Chris Covell has done some great write-ups and patches for Game Gear->Master System games
