Yeah I don’t think I’d have gotten this if it weren’t right in front of me. I found out it was from hot topic (lol) and that they have another one which is way more over the top: Chainsaw Man Power Accessories Splatter Wash T-Shirt | Hot Topic
Seems like one you have to buy in person because from the user photos the splatter pattern can either be really cool or extremely terrible (sharing here because it’s quite the difference)
I’ve had a little more money coming in and a lot more confidence being in public after a small gauntlet of zine fairs and being on campus regularly, so I’ve been trying to do some more fashion recently.
A close friend put together a hefty packet of styling advice and recs recently, so I’ve really been enjoying being a little more thoughtful with presentation and experimenting more.
I wanted to share some recent looks i’ve liked : )
I thrifted this thin, gray grandpa cardigan from a small vintage shop nearby and bought a pair of these ridiculous, chunky Impala mules on clearance at a local rollerskate shop. They’re really ott and fun. They give me like an additional 2 inches, so… it’s fun just leaning into the tall trans girl thing
My partner picked up this dress for me as a surprise while she was up in Portland. I like the boxy silhouette and love the mock turtleneck. It’s orange with pink trim around the pockets and hem.
I got this oversized Dog Eye Press shirt at a small press fair in Minneapolis a couple months ago, still trying to figure out how to wear these too. My partner has been making some fun ceramic jewelry — I really like this tooth necklace.

I found Hogarth and Bosch doc martens over the summer and I’m psyched that it’s chilly enough to wear full boots again.

These are all good looks! I think one vastly underestimated styling idea for tall people is “make me look even taller,” which basically always works, and your first look accomplishes this well.
