In literary interpretation, paratext is material that surrounds a published main text (e.g., the story, non-fiction description, poems, etc.) supplied by the authors, editors, printers, and publishers.
Paratext - Wikipedia
This is the game where you post stuff that is not a game but was published to accompany, advertise, or explain it (among other purposes) and people guess what game it’s linked to. Manuals, art books, soundtracks (the physical item, not the songs), covers/back cases, etc. Things “around” the game that are not the game.
One person posts something related to a game, people guess, and the person who gets it right gets to post the next thing.
Generally, the easy mode rules also apply. It should be a game most people would know, obscured in any way you want to make it a little more difficult to guess.
